Teen acne problems have been a major skin problem among children now-a-days. When we think of teens, we think of acne. The causes of acne can be related to being a teenager, such as raging hormones and puberty. However, some causes are related to gender, genetics, and skin type.
1. With the advancement in medical industry, a lot of solutions have come up to treat teen acne problems up to an extent. Though precautionary measurements can’t prevent teen acne problems completely, it can make a real difference in the number of children suffering from this skin problem.

To put in a more understandable form, teen acne problems are a special condition of skin which leads to the appearance of scars which we often call as pimples or spots. An ideal level that must be maintained for acne problems can be adjusted but when it appears in a more severe form, it really makes problems.
3. In some more severe cases of acne, antibiotics and photo therapy may be needed. Blocked pores are a perfect place for bacteria to grow. This causes pain inflammation and infection. If a dermatologist orders antibiotics, they may also order photo therapy to improve the outcome.
4. Oil blotters are a hot item that came out a couple years ago, and has gained in popularity. Oil blotters help to control oil on the face. Oil blotters are made of linen or tissue that absorbs the oil from the face. This keeps the pores and glands from becoming blocked. These items are becoming more popular and can be used frequently through out the day with out smudging make-up.
5. It is a little known fact that stress related factors lead to the production of some hormones related to emotional activities. These hormones in turn act as a reason to have teen acne problems.
6. Exposure to some of the harmful chemicals having toxic effects or intake of some medicines having very dangerous side effects though they may be helpful for some other diseases will also act as reasons for teen acne problems, though the level of intensity may vary.
